Do not count only outcomes
A “resolved” label can include staged repayments, changed payment routes or weeks of delay. A rejected case may reflect missing evidence rather than proving that no problem occurred. Read the chronology.
Recurring process questions
The public record raises questions about when KYC starts, whether verification state is communicated consistently, how withdrawal instalments are scheduled and how failed rails are replaced. These are due-diligence fields, not accusations.
Build a fair case summary
Quote neither a player nor operator out of context. State the amount, currency, date, claimed issue, operator response and final status. Redact personal documents and credentials.
Reader checklist
- Read the chronology, not only the badge.
- Separate allegation from verified outcome.
- Track amount, route and duration.
- Never publish identity documents.
